Damages

Please handle the shisha items/equipment/goods/accessories/products with care. If any items/equipment/goods/accessories/products are damaged, there will be a charge depending on the items that have been damaged plus the delivery/shipping costs. Some items cannot be individually ordered so the cost of the whole product may need to be charged if the specific item cannot be replaced. Specific item prices below:

- Modern Shisha Pipe glass base: £100 materials, £20 delivery

- Modern Shisha Pipe steel inner pipe £150 materials, £20 delivery

- Modern Shisha Pipe steel plate tray £50 materials, £20 delivery

- Modern Shisha Pipe silicone hose + steel tube £50 materials, £20 delivery

- Coal tray £20 materials, £5 delivery

- Tongs £10 materials, £5 delivery

- Ceramic head £50 materials, £10 delivery

- Glass head £100 materials, £10 delivery

- Ice stick £20 materials, £5 delivery

- Heat management tool £40, £5 delivery

Payment

All hire or one-off orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered until full payment has been received and confirmed.

All event service bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event date. Failure to pay the remaining balance within this time may result in the cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are subject to a cancellation fee.

Hire / One-Off Orders:

• If cancelled on the same day as delivery, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• Only 50% of the order cost will be refunded.

Event Service Bookings:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the event: Full refund minus deposit.

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: 50% refund minus deposit.

• Cancellation on the event day: No refund.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they cover administrative and booking costs.

Returns

Please make sure you hand back all the provided items back to us or leave it outside/in a safe secure place for us to collect. If we do not collect all provided items by the agreed day and time due to reasons caused by yourself, there will be an additional charge of £50 per day, starting 24 hours after the order was delivered to you, including and ending on the day all equipment is collected by The Shisha Man. 

If you have not returned the pipe, please call us to organize a collection.

Use at Hotels, Venues, or Third-Party Properties

When equipment is used at hotels, Airbnb's, event venues, or any third-party property, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Shisha equipment complies with all property rules, smoking policies, and fire safety regulations.

The Shisha Man is not responsible for:

• Any damage caused to hotel rooms, furniture, carpets, or any third-party property;

• Any cleaning, repair, or penalty charges imposed by the venue;

• Any loss, injury, or incident that occurs while the equipment is in the customer’s possession.

Any damage caused to hotel or third-party property remains entirely the customer’s liability, and The Shisha Man will provide full cooperation to the affected venue in identifying the responsible customer if required.

Age Requirement

We only sell our products to persons who are 18 years of age or above. We do not sell our products to anyone under the age of 18 years old. We do not take responsibility for anyone who smokes the shisha that we provide you. Please note shisha and any smoking products are only for the use of 18 year olds or above.

A valid form of ID is required on delivery of the shisha/good/accessories/products. Failure to provide a valid form of ID will result in the order being cancelled and a charge of £10 for last minute cancellation.

It is illegal to sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 18.

Disclaimer

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage, including (without limitation) indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits, or in connection with the use of our website or products.

The Shisha Man does not accept any responsibility for damage to goods, property, or premises once the equipment has been delivered and is in the customer’s possession.
You are provided with all the necessary equipment to use and handle the Shisha safely, including:

A Shisha pipe with plate/tray,

A coal tray for transporting coals,

Tongs to handle coals safely, and

Mouthpieces for hygiene.

By accepting delivery or confirming your order online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge full responsibility for the care and use of the equipment while it is in your possession or use.​

 

The goods/shisha's/accessories supplied to you remain as The Shisha Man's property at all times. The only exception are the shisha coals and standard mouth pieces. All ordered coals and standard mouth pieces, used or not are the customers' from when the order is delivered. The coals and standard mouth pieces need not be returned.

 

Each order is subject to a per shisha pipe safety deposit that will be returned once all the shisha pipes/goods/accessories are collected and have been returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Any damage caused will result in the amount to replace/fix the product to be taken out of the safety deposit. If the total damage amount exceeds the safety deposit, then the customer must pay the difference within 3 days from date and time of collection.

 

All shishas must be collected by The Shisha Man once the session/event/order has ended as per the type of order you have purchased. All orders need to be collected within 24 hours after the delivery date and time.

The return of the shisha's/goods/accessories by the agreed time and date are fully the customers' responsibility. Failure to return the shishas/goods/accessories will result in a charge of at least £50 per day starting from exactly 24 hours after the delivery date and time with the first payment starting on the 24 hour mark from the delivery date and time.

 

Customers are not permitted to use their own flavours in our products due to contamination and damage. Customers cannot open, disassemble or take apart any of the provided equipment/goods.

 

The Shisha Man asks customers to follow Health and Safety regulations/tips to negate the mis-use of shisha.

 

The Shisha Man does not take any responsibility for any issues that are related to health as a consequence of smoking.

 

We enforce care and diligence, however whilst our products are in your care; in your event, in your property, you agree to hold us, our shisha products and any assistants free from any liability caused by the operation and consumption of our products on your premises.

  

Smoking seriously harms you and others around you. You must be of 18 years and over to use our services or use our products.

WARNING BY HM GOVERNMENT: SMOKING CAN DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH

UK Smoking Regulations prohibit smoking in any enclosed public places. The Shisha Man does not take any responsibility for misuse of shisha or our customers non-compliance with UK Smoking Regulations.

Allergies

Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before placing your order. While we take care in preparing and handling all Shisha products and accessories, The Shisha Man will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the use of our products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the use of Shisha, flavour ingredients, or related accessories does not conflict with any personal allergies or health conditions.

Health and Safety

DO NOT keep the shisha/goods/accessories in reach of children

DO NOT leave the shisha/goods/accessories unattended

DO NOT light cigarettes from the coal on the the shisha/goods/accessories

DO NOT pass the shisha/goods/accessories directly to another person. Always put it down and allow the other person to pick it up

DO NOT touch charcoal/hot shisha goods/shisha/accessories with hands

Always leave your shisha/goods/accessories at ground level

Always hold and carry the shisha with two hands, one on the base and one on the stem 

DO NOT give the shisha/goods/accessories to individuals under the age of 18. It is against the law to supply tobacco products to under 18's. The Shisha Man will ask for ID if in doubt of age and will not supply shisha to under 18's.

DO NOT leave provided coal heaters on if no coals are being heated.

DO NOT take off any parts or disassemble the pipe/goods/equipment/accessories.

DO NOT remove the foil/heat management system from the pipe/head.

DO NOT consume/drink any fruit/food/liquid that is used as decoration/used in the shisha for the shisha/pipes/goods/items/equipment.

DO NOT leave heated coals anywhere apart from on the shisha pipes head/tray unless you are heating them up safely.

DO NOT touch items that have been heated due to the use of the shisha/pipes/items/goods/accessories.

Breach of Terms

All orders and bookings are subject to cancellation without refund if any of the Terms and Conditions outlined above are breached in any way. The Shisha Man reserves the right to withhold deposits, refuse service, or pursue charges where necessary in the event of misuse, damage, non-compliance, or violation of these Terms.
