After you order
01. Prep

We start preparing your order for delivery. We inspect all items to ensure they meet standards as every order is important to us.
02. Delivery

Once we arrive, we request ID to confirm the age of the customer. When the age is established, we then hand over all items.
03. Set-up Service
-
We provide the service of setting everything up and getting the shisha started.

We place the pipe where you like

Heat the first set of coals
-
Sufficiently heat the bowl ready for smoking.

We also explain the use of each accessory and how to safely operate the equipment.

This is to ensure our customers who are unfamiliar with this process can still experience a seamless enjoyable shisha experience whilst also being safe.
04. Collection

We collect all equipment the next day between 9am-12pm. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to hand over all equipment. If you will only be home at a certain time, call us at 07485445633 to let us know and we will arrive at this time.

We have a range of flavours, accessories and options to choose from so you never smoke the same shisha twice. From different material bowls to exotic fruit heads, we offer it all.
Our shishas have a smoke time of at least 2 hours, which is more than twice the average session. This all comes from the materials we use and the traditional methods in how we make our shishas which you will not find anywhere else.
